There are many choices in A/C units and Bill explained the differences and answered all of my questions. Worlock AC was great to work with. I recently had Bill out to my house to replace my aging AC unit that broke down. They were recommended by family members who had similar work done on their home. I am grateful I did. Worlock provided a very reasonable price for a new AC unit and had it installed within a few days. When performing the work they replaced my AC unit, thermostat, wiring to the breaker, sealed my ducts and replaced a damaged elbow seal. The whole process took only a few hours and I was amazed at their professionalism. Bill had pictures of the before and after of each piece that was replaced. Bill and Rubecca were very easy to work with and took out all the stress of a big repair like this. Bill and his crew were the most efficient and well trained team I have experienced in a long time. Each of the  four member team had specific tasks and performed them with precision. Bill, as the owner, was a hands on participant and had his own tasks. From start to finish, it was a 5 hour job to replace both the outside AC unit and the air handler inside. Bill and Rubecca are one of a kind! We recently moved to the area on military orders and the HVAC system was shot. They replaced the whole system for a very reasonable price and worked hard to get us up and running (helping us avoid the Arizona triple digits that are coming)!  Bill has really honed his craft and Rubecca is a true gem, she set up our warranty and even gave us stellar recommendations for other repairs needed.
